Spouse addition to EE CIC application or seperate PR filing?

Hi all,
Could use some help please.
I applied for EE CIC back in Oct 2018. No final decision yet. Getting a bit worried now...

Anyway, I'm now engaged and our marriage date is flexible... hoping for a smooth and quick PR process for both of us. Question is,
should we get married now and I add my fiance/spouse to my application (might delay my personal application for a bit but my fiance's might be quicker)?
OR
should we wait for my PR final decision then apply for my spouse's separately afterwards (not sure how long that processing time will be)?

the final decision is yours! if you want to get married and add her as dependent that is fine, or if you want to wait and get your PR first and later apply for her PR.

Both ways are OK, but yes, if you get married now and add her to your current application, it will be MUCH faster for your spouse, than delaying and starting a new application.

No. You were not married at the time of the ITA or submitting the eAPR, so they will not recalculate your CRS score.

One more Question : Right now my fiance is in back home.

1. IF i will do marriage after my ITA acceptance, can i call her to Canada after getting ITA or I need to wait until my visa approval ? if yet then on which Visa category (How long it will take )

Sorry, my reply was based on the OP´s case, with the understanding that you had already received the ITA and submitted your eAPR. If that is not true, then the information I gave above does not apply to you .

If you get married after the ITA but before you submit your complete application (eAPR), then your CRS score will be re-calculated as married. That sometimes causes applicants to loose points and therfore become ineligible for their draw.

If you get married after you submit your complete application (eAPR) as single, then you can add your new spouse to your application while it is in process, and your CRS score will not be recalculated. She will get PR the same time as you.

If you become a PR first and then get married, you will have to sponsor your spouse in the family class. That would be a completely new application. I am not familiar with processing times for family class applications, you can check online.
