Spousal work permit and PR application

Hey I have applied for PR application with my wife in progress and currently I am in Canada as a visitor , recently I have uploaded my documents in my Wife PR application as a dependent and documents received by IRCC on 18th May . Please advise me that since my PR application in progress with my wife ,do I am eligible for applying for Open work permit,since my wife status also the same she is on open work permit and PR application in progress

Is she working in a NOC A, B or 0 job? If so, then you can apply for a SOWP.

No she is not Doing NOC job .. but in eligibility section I marked no in that section and further complete the form in ircc site it says eligible. ? How's da timeline for the same any info ?? SOWP

I don't understand what you are asking.

Is your spouse the primary applicant in the PR application? If so, then your spouse needs to have a NOC A, B or 0 job in order for you to qualify for an open work permit. If your spouse does not have a qualifying job, your application will be refused.
