As I said, apps are not generally transferred unless there are concerns, so yes, take this very seriously and don't wait.

I think it's appropriate to provide a reply in regards to what happened in my scenario, as it may be helpful to others.

My PR status has been approved and there was nothing to worry about. My file was processed in 11 months. CIC did not request any additional information, aside from the Background information form. They also did not request an interview. Essentially, there was no irregularity in my file.

I did not order the GCMS notes, as suggested by a thread member. However, that was a personal decision I made.

As per the update I provided previously, cases were randomly (and still seem to be) picked to be sent to the Vancouver Office, to lighten CPC's case load. I'm not sure if cases are picked at certain stages.
