My husband is a canadian. And married since 2011.
No Spousal VISA application, but planning to apply for TRV.

- I have a good paying job.
- Properties on our name
- car
- no travel history
- 2 kids living with me

Any chance of getting approved?
Btw. for the past 5 years my husband only visited us on a yearly basis 30days vacation on each year.
This time he wants me to visit him for at least 3 months.
Thanks.

WOW! So you still don't want to apply for a Sponsorship to live together?

From all the posts I've seen, it's a 50-50 chance. I've applied for a TRV as well for my husband and it's been 2 months with no answer from CIC. However, many people have gotten a rejection due to no-little travel history. No harm in trying though. It costs $185.
