I am visiting India since February, I am a Canadian Citizen and divorced woman and mother of two, now I am planning to marry someone from India soon, How can i sponsor him, do i have to go back to canada and sponsor him or can i sponsor him while staying in india and then we can go back to gather.

As a Canadian citizen you can start the process in India and stay there during the duration, please include lots of proof in your application especially proof that your husband and his family is ok with your being a divorcee, just prepare a strong application package.

If you sponsor him while living in India, you'll also need to include proof that you intend to settle back in Canada once the application is finished processing.
