I sent my application via Purolator to 49 Dorschester but when I checked the tracking details it mentioned "Shipment delivered to ADAM at: SHIPPING DOCK of CASE PROCESSING CENTRE PO BOX 10030, SYDNEY- , B1P7C1 " should I be worried? Though I ask the Purolator Customer Rep - and mentioned that they dropped it to the Mail Room which is " CASE PROCESSING CENTRE PO BOX 10030, SYDNEY- , B1P7C1"..
To he honest I don't even know what e-medical is, sounds like some bad internet name from early 2001.
As afar as I'm aware the panel physicians submit directly for all spousal sponsorship, outland at least. Whether they do it by fax or AOL accounts, don't know.
Lol, e-medical is just an electronic way of the panel physician to submit your exam results to IRCC. Therefore, much faster compared to sending it off the paper way. Our medical was submitted n received in two days and updated to “passed.”
I have a question.
My ECAS says “We started processing your application on April 22,2021.”
My application is at the LVO and biometrics and Medical is completed and passed.
So, is that good? I still haven’t received anything regarding additional documents needed etc. Also, how long should it take typically to hear from them? Your help and information is appreciated.

We've applied for the outland spousal sponsorship. I'm a Canadian citizen and my husband is an Indian citizen living in India.
My husband (the Principal Applicant) has a student loan in India, will this have any impact on our spousal application? Does it need to be paid off before he can come here? Will it come up in the background check?

"For his student loan, he has to find an arrangement, such a question of dignity." What do you mean by this? I'm confused. So does the student loan need to be paid in full before he can come to Canada?
He plans on paying it fully, but we just wanted to know if it should be fully paid before he comes or if we can continue paying it even after he's moved here.

When you have a debt, you try to pay it either in full or find an arrangement. This is something moral not criminal That's couldn't prevent him to become PR.
As I know, he doesn't to pay it in full if he cannot, otherwise an arrangement can be made.
Hi am applying for an outland spousal visa for my spouse, she has applied for a study permit in the past and got refused. So my question is that should I put her old UCI number in the generic application form IMM0008. It asks for it. My only concern is that she already has valid biometrics and medical exam that could save us a lot of time. Please help, thanks in advance.

I am a Canadian citizen and my wife is a Vietnamese national who recently received her COPR. I understand right now that there is a travel exemption for immediate family members who are "reuniting with a Canadian citizen", so my wife should be able to enter Canada - https://travel.gc.ca/travel-covid/travel-restrictions/answers/foreign-family-cit-pr
Technically, my wife fits both criteria, "reuniting with a Canadian citizen" and "an approved permanent resident not yet in Canada". These two selections give conflicting results on whether she can or cannot enter Canada at this time.
Can anyone please clarify if in fact, my wife would be able to travel to Canada without any issues or can anyone share some of their experiences with me? Thank you very much.

I got biometric request on 03 May 2021. I'm waiting to complete my biometrics because VFS offices in India are closed.. Until 1 week ago GCkey showed that they need my fingerprints to process my application. But now it shows they have not received my fingerprints. Is this a good sign that they started processing my application...????
Are they processing the application of PA in India??
