Hello,
My wife received PPR from NDVO on Saturday. The passport request letter says she can submit her passport to CPC- Ottawa if she plans to remain in Canada for 3 months at least.
My wife came to Canada in January on visitor visa and due to COVID she applied for 4 months extension in July till November and was approved for the same. She applied for another extension in October and the same is under process.
Given that her second extension application is still under process and she will be under implied status soon, can she still submit her passport to CPC- Ottawa or does she need to go back to her home country to submit her passport.

Please help.

One question if my file suppose to be incomplete for anything like forget to sign, will cpc Sydney canada send me file back without any notification or they do me a email first. My file delivered on 4rth November 2020 to sponsor my husband outland. Thank you.

They would just return it via regular mail, no notification given.
