what is difference of misinterpretation and misrepresentaion? and if misinterpretation is a thin,g what is the penalty.
so i wanna know if any one in this forum ever encounter this issue ,

I'm currently trying to complete question 2- (if you're living outside Canada provide proof that you will live in Canada with your spouse) and question 5- (provide other documentation showing that you can support the person you are sponsoring, alongside a detailed explanation of how you plan to support yourself and the sponsored person).

Has anyone found that there's a lot of duplication between both questions? I am including the following for question 2, but if anyone has any additional ideas on what we could include, I'd be very grateful. Thanks in advance .

Question 2: Provide proof that you will live in Canada with your spouse once they become a permanent resident of Canada

• Brief narrative of why partner left Canada and why we would like to leave the UK
• Jobs: Detail of when we will hand our notice in; outline of what type of work we will be doing in Canada (however unable to apply to anything from here); evidence of qualifications and CV
• Proof of a Canadian bank account

Apartment: Screenshots of flats that look suitable to rent (Craigslist/ Padsmapper); Email from step father saying that he’s willing to let us stay, however he’s based in Toronto and we want to move to Vancouver, and this is an absolute last resort.

There is no "misinterpretation" in immigration. Your lie about your family was misrepresentation.

They received our application on November 13, 2019. I called them yesterday and the clerk said once the sponsorship eligibility is approved, they will issue the OWP. Is the eligibility assessment taken so long?

I've heard of other people receiving this response as well, when questioning IRCC about their OWP status. However, I honestly don't know if this is the legitimate truth, or just one excuse to provide you with an answer and get you off the phone. Based on the experiences of my own group (October Inland 2019), a lot of those people received their OWPs in late January, and not a lot was mentioned about receiving SA approval prior to that. Honestly, more than likely the delay is due to COVID. They just don't always come out and say that.

You are on the right track with the info you mention and yes the 2 questions are related. You could expand on your work plans, try to contact prospective employers, explain your situation and possibly try to get a reply saying you are qualified for a position and might be considered in the future.

For supporting yourselves it can also be assets you have to show you have as the means of support. Stocks, saving accounts, value of your house in the UK. Basically detailing what your net worth is.

A letter from the Father is good. Providing that doesn't mean you have to do it. Just shows you have a plan in place. Once you land in Canada you would tell them you address in YVR if you have a place lined up. Contact a real estate agent starting a dialogue and have them send you info about places you might be interested in.

thanks for the clarification . ....i will try to consul with a lawyer , because CIC dont issue a letter for study permit or TRV which says you cant sponsor or add a family member who you dont include in your application, in other hand CIC issues a letter to PR applicants which says that you cant include family member beyond this stage ,

so my question is " do i have chance if i seek legal assistance and explain every thing or it is dead end. ?

thank you, this is really helpful . I’m the PA and I applied to a few jobs in Canada, but got rejected, and have included these in the application.

In terms of emailing realtors, is it okay if I email them rather than the sponsor? Basically I’m the much more organised person in the relationship!

I’m also planning to add a timeline, to show our plan of what we’ll be doing once (or if) we get PR.
