Hi everyone
I’m starting my spouse sponsorship application for outland and there is a question for me as a principal applicant if I got rejected to enter any country before and this actually happened as I got rejected by Switzerland schengen visa in 2015 .
Q: should I mention that in my answer and if they would know someway about it could affect my application?
Hi,
I got married in India in 2017 to a Canadian citizen. I came to Canada in Dec 2018 and got my PR in Feb 2019. After few months some problems started and we got separated in Aug 2019.
Since then I have been living with my relatives.
My question is how soon I can go back to India and get married and sponsor my new husband. Is there any five year rule that would apply to me
regarding sponsoring my new husband. Does it matter who applies for divorce first?

Any sponsors here who were residing outside Canada when you submitted the sponsorship application? How long did it take you to get SA and for your spouse to get biometric and medical requests after AOR?
It’s been over two weeks since AOR and I’m wondering if the delay is normal.

Hello there, you don't need a lawyer the main thing to do is to print all the application including the checklist documents and also check the website for additional forms which you will need because of the country they live which is Nigeria. Follow step by step and do not miss any document and keep in mind that if you cannot provide a document they are asking for you should add an explanation letter "formal" explaining why you can't add the certain document.. Good luck and welcome to the forum! Remember the best thing is to print everything and have it in hand than you start putting everything together and filling out the forms with pencil and add notes to keep an order then when ready fill it put by computer, follow the instructions then print in sing again
