These days, is it better to get married inside canada then sponsor your wife or get married outside canada and then sponsor? marriage will be 100% legit.

Biometrics Request: 14 May 2019
Medical Request: 16 May 2019
ECAS update for PA: started processing on 27 May 2019
Biometrics Enrolled: 30 May 2019
Medical Done: 03 June 2019
Medical Passed: 08 June 2019

You're fewer than 3 months into the process. Most people here receive their DM at the 11 month mark . But every case is different.

It’s says rejected as incomplete becoz form IMM 5562 is not included

Rejected does not mean refusal.A refusal means that the app was reviewed and they did not qualify. A rejection means that the app was not complete.

It seems that inland applications move faster if they're processed within Canada.

You need to prove a police certificate from any country you lived in more than 6 months

I send them form and did biometric ,PC , pay fee every thing they ask for . My visa for pr is in the vfs they sent me tracking number to track the status in http://www.vfsglobal.ca/canada
