You mean that they received it? Did you get an email with a UCI (Unique Client ID) - if you haven't you won't be able to access ECAS yet.

The target process time is 12 months. Not uncommon for things to not move for periods of time.

3-5 months for OWP provided you were in status when you applied.

Can anyone one advise what date is considered as the application receipt date. I sent my application on May 28, 2019 and it was delivered on May 30, 2019. The forms were updated from June 2019. Will my application be considered since it was delivered on the 30th of May or do they have a different application receipt date?

almost 90% finished
next criminality and background check

I am sponsoring my husband and I am 10 years older than him is it okay to go ahead to submit the application? Is the difference in age a barrier to apply for his PR?
