Spousal sponsorship

Hello, I have a question and I am kind of confuse right now. I am in process to sponsor my wife, they recently acknowledged the application and now immigration sent a letter to my wife to pay Biometric Fee of $85. I paid it via logging into my account and it is showing up in my all receipt as well.

In the next step they are asking to send the payment receipt via the IRCC Webform at the following link:
https://secure.cic.gc.ca/enquiries-renseignements/canada-case-cas-eng.aspx

I visited above url (site) but there is no option to upload or send the receipt. Please help!!! How should I upload or send the payment receipt to them?

I am sending app for my wife in the coming week. I know the max processing time is 12 months. Could somebody tell what is the average processing time these days for indian applicants based on stats?

12 months is the average time not the max time. I see cases that took over 2 years which are considered as complex cases. It is for all applicants from all countries.

You have to fill up the form, click next. Then it will ask you if you would like to include a document with your submission. Click yes. then you will be able to upload

Did you pay seperate fee of 85 dollars? It isn't included in 630. If you have already paid send them hard copy of receipt in mail.

No it wont...some births are registered a year or two after birth. Whats important is that the birth certificate shows the actual date of birth

I dont have Notice of assessment and will file my first tax return in March 2019

Can anyone guide me what is the alternate document to be submitted if i cannot submit Notice of Assessment or Option C and how long does it take to get the NOA after filing taxes?

Will it be an issue if I dont submit NOA or Option C,Can I submit it later?

Hi! Our application was received for Spouse sponsorship on Oct 24, 2018, and I just got the AOR yesterday Jan 23, 2019. So you are looking into few more weeks to get yours. Good luck

I had my medical exam last month and submitted other requirements that are needed on their last email for FINAL REQUEST OF REQUIREMENTS. Last month also, upon checking my status, it says medical result have been received. May I ask for the next step? And how long will it take? By the way, I have tried many times but I can’t really connect my Application on GCKey.

Hello everyone one quick question on my ecas under sponsor it says we sent you correspondence janurary 26 about the decision on your application than again a 5th line saying we sent you correspondence janurary 31 about the decision on your application.... i got SA email on janurary 31 but nothing on the 26th can anyone help i dont know if tjey sent me something but didnt get a email??

The correspondence is for sponsor approval email i mean i dont think they send corresspondence for anything else do they?
