Would disagree. It is important to build up some more savings because they may be considered that you will have difficulty supporting another person. Would avoid travelling anymore and build savings until you know your application is approved. If they come back concerned about your lack of savings you want to be able to show more savings or a family member who will be able to help you financially if necessary.

I need right advise whoever can provide here.
I am permanent resident of canada. I sponsored my husband in june 2017 and got refusal in jul 2018. After refusal I appealed which is already in process. I cannot leave canada bcoz of my job here. My question is if my husband is applying for visitor visa from india can he get that for one week just to visit me? He is indian citizen n working there as well.
