Mentioned address of kerala or Karnataka?? Coz mostly only kerala ppl from nov dec jan feb march and may got ppr request..

I have got my passport request on last week of August and have submitted my passport at NDVO on 30th Aug 2018. The application shows that it is being processed at NDVO. What is the wait now?

Hi,

How long it takes for final review. We applied for spousal sponsorship on Nov 2017 and got my medical Request on Jan 2018 and all our files are passed and valid. We called MP and the cic said that our application is waiting for final review and decision will be made soon. Is anyone know how long it takes? Thank you (VO Manila Ph)

I am just in the process of applying to sponsor my Filipina spouse so can I ask a question? The application seems shorter than in previous years and it's confusing because I have some forms dated a number of years ago but I don't know if they are still required. For example, Form 5490 was an in-depth from used to prove a relationship but under the current requirements, it's not even listed. When I go to the country specific requirements in the Philippines, it is not listed. Are some of the forms no longer being used? Thank you.

My friend is on disability and he's sponsoring his spouse.

Now if/when his application will be accepted he'll be able to add his spouse on his disability payment and hence his income will go up.

Now, my question is:
Will he have to pay his spouse's income part as per sponsorship undertaking?

OR undertaking only takes effect when the spouse apply for government assistance separately?
For eg. My friend receive ODSP amount $1000. After his spouse gets residency and spouse come over to Canada. His ODSP amount will go up, for eg: $1000 + $500= $1500.

So will my friend will have to be pay back this extra amount of $500 as per sponsorship undertaking ?
