Schedule A and Police Checks were submitted on Oct 12 2017. I'm assuming they were fine as I have yet to hear anything except for the medical request. What is the usual timeline after the medical has been submitted?

For us it took 9 months after we did medicals for PPR. It's different for everyone, though. In a straightforward situation, you're looking at 9-12 months total, on average.

And we did outland, so unfortunately I have no knowledge of OWP stuff.

Yes, but you're almost guaranteed to get denied (that's assuming when you say "after immigration process", you mean after you've applied).

Once eligibility has passed it becomes more likely, but at that point you're often so close to the end that it isn't worth it.

Sounds normal! I completely agree that their communication is horrible and that it would be so nice if they could give monthly "everything is good, continue waiting" updates. If they made them automated it would be a one time effort that would help people so much.

Anyway, once you submit medical, if you've already done Schedule A and PCC, then you're in for a bit of a waiting period. But everything sounds good!

I'm fairly certain that we were asked for Schedule A and PCC after medicals.

For us we are waiting since one month after we gave a explaination letter of why we didnt provide the police records with proofs.

We sent a notification email to ircc to have some updates and we paid 5$ on the ircc website to have news from our side too

we will keep you posted if any news.... we started our process 10 months ago today......
