Ah, sorry, I thought by "her", you meant the ex. I know it might not make sense that the child must be included even though your spouse currently has no financial responsibility for her. The way that IRCC looks at this situation, even if he isn't responsible right now, if something happens to the mother, custody will fall to your spouse and he will be financially responsible.
This really isn't something to stress over. It will have no impact on the application.

Yeah you can tell I'm stressed about it. Wow I didn't think about why the child must be put in financially dependent people even he's not supporting now is because of what you said--- total relief.
the form "Additional Family Information (IMM 5406)"
my spouse will filled that form "Additional Family Information (IMM 5406)"?
will her brother or parents need to fill out the form?
on the forms it ask to "write married – physically present or married – not physically present", there isn't enough space to type it, should write it in a different sheet of paper if so how?

As said by Elohim, proxy marriages are not recognized as legal by IRCC. If you apply now, your app will be refused.
If you want to sponsor your spouse, you need to either marry in person and have a legal marriage certificate from that date or live together continuously for a year to become common-law.
Respectable Members,
Kind of a strange question but i would like to ask.
My file for spousal sponsorship as CANADIAN LIVING ABROAD is still under process after additional documents request from London Visa Office.
My passport is due for renew shortly. If i renew my passport from Embassy Abroad . Does passport issuing location shows lack of ties with Canada.
Any addition would be highly appreciated. Thanks

it says that the form must be completed in English and in your native language ?
Does that mean my spouse will have to write the form in English and in Bangladeshi?
