I have a question about the additional dependants form. I am sponsoring my wife to come to Canada. She is the only person I am sponsoring so I assume we don't fill out that form. Is that correct?

I posted this in a different forum but have not received a response. Wondering if anyone here can help at all?
My husband had to extend his visitor visa while waiting for his PR.
The CPC asked him to have a medical exam.
My question: He did the exam last week, where do we send the results? I know that they send them electronically, however, the Doctor gave us a paper with a barcode and said it was very important that we mail that in so that they are aware his results were sent in via their electronic system.
None of the letters give me an address.
One report says CPC Vegreville... but I thought that CPC was closed. What to do?
I have 2 questions. 1: Do you get the medical exam done before filing your application? 2: Is there a way to send your photos (proving the validity of your relationship) electronically? Or do you have to print hundreds of photos and send them in the mail with your application?

1. For an Outland applicant, yes. Inland applicants can as well, but some prefer to wait until they have AIP, since the medical is only valid for 1 year.
2. No. You cannot send anything electronically, or on CD,DVD, USB drive, etc. And you don't need hundreds of photos! Just send copies of various photos from different stages of your relationship. They want quality, not quantity. If they aren't satisfied with what you send, they will ask for more before just denying the application.

We are applying outland from Mexico. So take the usb with photos to a wal-mart or wherever and get the photos printed and then include them with the application?
