You can, but so early in application handling would probably be a waste of time and money.
I doubt that at this stage, it would give you anything more than e-CAS.
Probably not until e-CAS shows in process. Up to then, it's probably just sitting in a pile on the floor, along with hundreds of others. Nothing will be added to your notes until a VO actually starts to look at the application.

This is exactly true.. It happened to us.
The alternative is that you make a request every month and hope that something has changed. Bear in mind that it takes 30 days anyway for your notes to be made available to you, so you would always be behind the time.

Hi all, i have a question on "certified true copies", mainly regarding the "name of the original document". I have got my copies certified from Notary but the "name of the original document" is not there and all other things are there per requirement.
Is it ok not to have the "name of the original document " such as passport, birth certificate etc? Or the notary must write saying " passport" and "birth certificate" and so on?
Just occurred to me to ask something: if I got an email asking me to detail the answer to a question on one of the forms, does that mean that someone in the VO is working on my file or would that just be something they ask every applicant? What I mean is: is that proof that my file is in processing or, after receiving my additional details, it will be put in a pile, waiting for someone to get to it?

That will depend on which form and which question. Some seem to be checked before the application actually goes into process. This is what we found with our application into London.
