Hi guys! I checked on my E-CAS 2 weeks ago, and it says ''medical exams have been received'' What does this exactly mean?
it means the exams have arrived at ottawa offices or they are already at the abroad visa office (Santigao, Chile)?
how long i will have to wait to be contacted again and for what?

It means your medical exams have arrived at the VO and you've passed the medical exams Now you just wait to hear something. Ours has been medicals received for almost a month now. (With LA VO)

Will there be changes to which office it was sent to?
My sponsor hasn't been approved yet but when I click under my name (applicant) it says Medicals received also. I thought the order is: my sponsor gets approved first then my application is sent to the corresponding office.

Once the sponsor is approved, then it'll go to your VO. Sometimes the medicals are sent before sponsor approval, sometimes after. It depends on the VO and the timeline.

one more question.. should we withdraw the my application as its beig forwarded to my visa office in philippines regarles of her ineligibility?

Depends on the VO. Some VO's never send out AOR's.

Yes. We heard three times on our Outland application:

- Sponsor approval (CPC-M by mail)
- PPR (LA by e-mail to the sponsor)
- COPR (LA by mail, using the express mail envelope we provided)

That was it.

LA- Los Angeles

And no, sometimes the sponsor will get them AND the applicant. But sometimes JUST the sponsor.

Everyone will get a COPR (if they are approved by CIC that is)
