hey,i am canadian citizen n i ve sponsered my wife in may 2011 ..she sent her passport to visa office in delhi 1st sep as requested by them in august...now since nov 22 ,status shows as medical results ve been received..wt does it mean n hw long they will take more tme?

I was wondering whether ordering CAIPS/GSMS notes have any adverse effect on processing time of our file. I mean can it further delay the case ?
And I guess ordering it earlier in the process won't be of much help !!

I'm new in this forum, want some suggetions from u guys:

As i married to a Canadian PR this year and ready to mail our file this week.
I want to know that at the time of our marriage, my father who is in UK couln't come to attend it because he is not PR/Citizen in the UK.
Kindly tell if there 'll be any problem with our case as my father was not present at the marriage (my mom and all other relatives and friends were there)
also parents of my spouse were there.

Need Suggestions.

Hello ! About your question actually my dad also didn't attend in my civil wedding. But at the reception he finally came so we took pictures on that. I think it doesn't matter if your father didn't come because of his situation in UK . Just include the story about your father situation in your application the one SPONSORED SPOUSE/ PARTNER QUESTIONNAIRE form just explain why.

My daughter is still waiting I hope she gets through soon too, Embassy POS has her pasports about 4 weeks now, how long it takes from when you send in your passport.

Definitely he should stay here till the sponsorship is approved.
After approval he can visit you or stay with you till you get PR visa and both can come back.

This is what is my plan. My sponsor approved.
I maybe leaving to meet my wife.

Total process is 6 months from date of approval.
I will be starting counting 100 days from passport sent date.
