Well, my timeline’s a bit scary…
I first applied on Oct 5 2021 but received rejection email on Jan 20th 2022. Then reapplied on Jan 20th itself. But on March 2, I recieven an email from cic stating there’s an update on my file. When I opened my online portal, the submission date automatically changed to that of March 2..
So,
March 2 - file received via online portal (Outland)
March 17 - AOR
March 31 - Biometrics, Medicals
June 1 - Sponsor’s Approval
June 2 - Medical given
June 3 - Biometrics given
June 16 - Pre arrival
But there’s no change on my tracker

Why not!! But when it comes and you message them with a copy via webform

My inland spousal sponsorship application transferred to Etobkie office for further assessment.

i applied for my wife's sponsorship about an year ago and on March-4-2022 she passed her medical exam and next day i got the message there has been important update in my file so i linked my file with my online ircc account and since that day the message still shows "we are processing your background check we will send you a message if we need more info."
today is june 19-2022
does it usually takes this much time? Its almost 4 months now

We are also same situation, Kindly can you please let us know where is now your visa office and where is your spose are living mean country
