my wife is sponsoring me.. i am submitting my sponsorship papers i want to know which supporting document are required with sponsorship papers..which help me in my case.

and does it is necessary that the nikah nama (original and translate) should be attested from ministry of foreign affairs.??
and does it is necessary that my n.i.c card should be in English..because my n.i.c card is in Urdu.

yes its necessary ur nikha namaza attestd from foriegn affairs

Not necessary but if you can do it its better. i did the same thing and i filed my case recently.

any body knows??that when we do registered nikah nama in union council??then what kind of investigation embassy do about registration of nikah?does embassy do investigation from union council or nadra or foreign affairs office?and for what purpose embassy do investigation?

No one knows about this....they do investigation about the marriage being genuine or not.

as u know the nikah has been registered from the girl fside and in her area where she is living.i want to know if the nikah has registered wrongly by mistake in other then area where the girl is not living there then does it create problem?what kind of problem?
because its happened with me because the mistake of mulvi.. so pls guide me..

Hello everybody!


I was wondering if any of you knew how declaration of taxes work when you are being sponsored. I am in Québec and we are not sure what to do about taxes since I am not yet a resident. I have implied status .Does my husband has to declare my income out of Canada? if any one could give us some advice we would appreciate it very much.
