Question, a lady is sponsoring her spouse for PR, she's worried about being accepted as sponsor, can her parent co-sponsor with her?

Question: Rec'd a request to provide Receipt of Biometrics today in an email from CIO Sydney.

#1- Applicant applied for TRV couple of months back and paid, got biometrics completed and submitted. Is it OK to upload the SAME BIOMETRICS RECEIPT from last time, or i should pay again?
#2- Since the email is from Sydney, should i assume that my file has already been transferred to Sydney?
#3- Rec'd only AOR on 2nd August. Should i assume Sponsorship Approval has already been granted, because i got email from Sydney?

Yes, No, No, but probably.

Ok, now I am confused. A lady we spoke to at IRCC said her parent could co-sign the sponsor app.
Co-signer sections
If you are sponsoring your spouse, common-law partner, or conjugal partner you can’t have a co-signer. Leave the following sections blank:

  • Co-signer personal details
  • Co-signer contact information
  • Co-signer residency declaration
  • Co-signer eligibility assessment
The above is found here:

https://www.canada.ca/en/immigratio...pendent-child-complete-guide.html#eligibility

You did not mention before that you had received advice from someone at the IRCC. But, the fact that you received advice, yet came here and asked the same question, suggests to me you doubted the advice.

The application has a checklist that you follow and must submit with the application. Did you bother to read anything yourself?
Don't bother to answer if you want to be rude enough to someone looking for help.

What do they charge? I say do it yourself and save a lot of $$$$$. It is very easy and there are lots of YouTube clips that help explain how to fill out each form. The instructions also guide you step by step.
Yes , I know there are, but who do you trust, and what if there are issues?
No disrespect here, I understan!
I paid under 2000.
But remember, after one starts the portal, the agency can not be involved, but guidance is very helpful!

I paid $0 and my wife got her PR lightning fast. Seriously, if you understand English or French and have a straight forward application, I would recommend doing it yourself and saving that money. Triple check everything you fill in and follow the instructions and check list. It's really not difficult at all.

That is very quick! And good for you! You are one of the lucky ones.
28 months now , and, now, another delay.
After approval last September, It’s been one screw up after another!
The MP can’t even get answers!

And I know, we’re not alone
