Please Advice How much more time NDVO could take for process?
Gc key login says background and elibility started......PR tracker says not started. Confusion.......

You got a long time to wait. People are waiting since last year August.
We applied November, 2021 and waiting since April.
NDVO is slow in general so you'd be lucky to hear something soon.
Be patient.

You did not receive AOR? Usually takes 4 months to get that. Are you sure you sent it to the right office and it was delivered correctly?
Try raising webform and provide as much details as possible and hopefully they will let you know if they got your application.

Well you do eventually want an email or some response of course. Don't know how long, there are other threads that have touched on this, search the forums.

Check your application status online with your uci number and other information and you will know

I have received $245 refund from Immigration and I’m not sure what is that for. Only refund I was expecting was 85$ as I paid biometrics twice and than I sent 255$ owp and I am not sure why they sent me $245 back ?

thats OWP fee so likely they issued PR card instead of OWP. Which is a good sign.

2021 probably have differ officers as generally said around.... 2022 has differ people working .
