Spousal sponsorship

Hi all,
I am sponsoring my wife and she wrote a cover letter and explanation of our relationship in the same letter. I am wondering, is it recommended that I should submit another separate letter explaining my version of the story? As it is not required per checklist, I am bit confused. Will appreciate any opinion on that.

I am filling form imm 5532 relation info and sponsorship evaluation. In part A pousal employment history when i am trying to fill dates there is less space for month. I mean format is yyyy-mm but while typing space is just for yyyy-m. What shall i do? Shall i take print and then write with pen or any other suggrstion

I am saying that when i try to fill date 2016-08 then its not allowing me to fill whole thing its not going beyond 2016-0

It may be a glitch on the form. When you print them, just put fill it in with pen and on a separate sheet of paper, or beside it if there's room, just explain what happened.

While giving national identity documents for which country we have to give details? Country of present residence or country of citizenship? I have valid nid for both countries and there is space only for 1.

I think you should just write 201808, then when you enter it the system will automatically put the - in between the year and month.

I am a 2018 Outland applicant that just got my package returned as I was missing IMM 5406


2 questions:
1) Sponsor and applicant need to do this form? Just ensuring?
2) Am I able to send back my package as is? Just add the IMM 5406 form, as well as the denial/ rejection letter from immigration stating what was missing, and the error has been fixed? Or do I need to update everything? My document was originally sent Oct 4, received Oct 14, and just sent back this week.
3) Do I need updated background (Schedule a) declaration, as this was originally done 08/08/18?

1. Just the applicant.

2. No. Several forms were updated in November. You need to use the newer versions. If you use the ones you have, expect your app to be returned again.

3. As it is one of the updated forms, you need a new one.
