I havn't submit call records, skype screen shots etc at the time of submitting our application @ CPC-M because we stayed together in India for 1 month after our marriage
and we prepared/ready our documents while my spouse was with me in India, and she submitted file @ CPC-M after a week (after landed in Canada) and she don't had any communication proofs at that time.
Now i want to upload these proofs.
My query is, should i submit the proofs or wait until VO asks for the same?
I think you have to wait till you get your file number. I am in the same boat. I didn't submit any phone records or chats during my initial application. If they need these documents, chances are that they will ask it from your spouse in india
Hello everyone. Good day. My wife is on live-in caregiver program and we just got married last july of 2011. After her return to canada she filed her open work permit and permanent residency last sept of 2011. I have red on the cic web that theyre issuing open work permit 18 months for the assesment and 17 months for final decision. Now i wonder is it a total of 35 months of waiting for it to be released? And how about the permanent residency how long will it take? Please give me some insights regarding this matter. Thank you in advance.
I have a question.
If someone applies for spousal sponsorship out land but when he/she is in Canada under visit visa get his/her PPR must he/she come back to her own land to take the visa or there is another procedure in this situation.

You can send your passport by mail unless your country does not allow passports to be sent by mail. If you get your passport back with the PR visa, you still have to land and you can either do that by going to the US border and coming back to Canada or you can possibly land at an inland office.

Hi.. My address also disappeared 1 month after sponsor DM. 2 weeks after I received RPRF and PPR. Then it appeared again a week after RPRF and PPR. Don't worry you are going to have PPR soon. Cheer up. God bless!!
