We didn't bother translating ours as we were using both English and Tagalog or a hybrid of both, Taglish (more in English, though). Have mentioned the same in one of my narratives about the way we communicate. If I understood it right based on previous posts, Translation is only needed for official documents i.e. Marriage Cert, Birth Cert, Affidavit, Insurance, etc..

Checking the box before the question number means that the item is applicable. So you should place a "Check" mark

No problemo. Remember though that the new forms, i.e. IMM 5533 is a Document Checklist for both Sponsor and the Sponsored person.

There is one application package but as shown in the guide and the checklists, there is still a differentiation between inland and outland.

Whether to apply inland is your decision.

You should have insurance to cover your entire stay until you qualify for provincial healthcare.

No, the medical is only for the person being sponsored, and their dependents, if you have any (such as you and/or your spouse's children), if they are not Canadian citizens.

i'm a brazilian and im married with a canadian... but it was only on a ceremony in Brazil... i have pictures and a pastor's certificate.. so me and my husband we want to get a married certificate here first and then apply our sponsor as a married right?
When am i going to receive my permanent resident card? can i get a job while im applying this sponsor? do I need to have that IELTS?
