Be sure to include a letter explaining why there is a discrepancy. You should definitely try to have your passport corrected to avoid any issues in future.

guys i am filling my forms as an applicant and really need your help

Form IMM5669E Question 02: You full name written in your native language or script (e.g arabic, chinese, korean etc)
shall i write the name of my native language in the answer box for example "chinese" or shall i write my name in that language but how if my keypad doesnt write that language?

Form 5606E : additional family information
shall i fill the section C as well even if my brother and sister are not the applicant?
Section C says about children: shall i ignore this section as we are newly married and don't have any children.

Try to copy your name in Chinese somewhere else, Im sure you can and than paste it into the form on the section required.

Write "Not applicable" in the children section and yes you have to add your brothers and sisters even step sisters and stepbrothers name.

That's only asking about if you are a PR or Naturalized Citizen to provide your UCI from that case for them.
If you are one of those I would suggest calling CIC in order to see if they would be able to give you that information
If you are not I would just write N/A in that space.
