Hoping I can get some answers here. My husband is in India and we are almost ready to submit his application for Outland Spousal Sponsorship.
The issue that is concerning us a bit is that he was included in the immigration application for US under F4 category as a minor by his parents and are still waiting on the priority date to become current. In our understanding he will no longer be eligible for US Visa as marital status is changed. How do we explain this in our Spousal sponsorship application so that there is no case of misrepresentation? Any insights would be helpful!

Hi Scylla,
Appreciate for your response. The only reason we are worrying a bit is because US and Canada share information and we do not want to come this up as not mentioned or misrepresented. Thinking of adding a letter of explanation along with application.
