Spousal sponsorship - submitting additional forms

I applied for permanent residence under Spouse category, application was rejected/returned and asking for additional forms regarding my child from previous marriage. My child is 21 and living in Germany and is not planning to move to Canada. Forms I need to fill out for my child are:
IMM0008DEP Generic Application Form for Canada
IMM 5669 Schedule A (for Dependant)
IMM 5406 Additional Family Information (for Dependant)

All of those forms are digital and I did them for myself trough my account.

Question is: where should I upload those forms for a dependent child? I tried trough my account but there's no option to fill them out for dependent child, no option to add dependent child.

If you really don't want to include your 21 year old child in the application (accompanying or not), one way is to cancel this current application and reapply when you child turn 22.
Any child under 22 years old is a dependent (unless they are married) and they need to under go and pass medical, police and background check and fill in their own IMM 5406 (if older than 18 years old) .
