Hi, I am new here. Just would like to ask for advise regarding spousal requirements. I already read the one in Canada Website, however, I and my fiance were got confused with the requirements. Also, I would like to ask what are the supporting documents that we will prepare or provide? Second, correct me if I am wrong, outland processing for spousal sponsorship is faster than inland sponsorship?
To give you an overview, my fiance and I have been in a relationship for almost 6 years and we would like to get married within the year. I am from Philippines and he is naturally born Canadian. He visited every year since 2014. Given that we are already married, what are the requirements and supporting documents we would prepare? We want to prepare everything of course aside marriage certificate. Which processing is better inland processing or outland.
Anyone could help me or give me advise or guidance would be much appreciated.

are you in canada? if not, outland is the only way. it is faster than inland applications. everything is on the checklist with regards to the supporting documents you need. since we are from the philippines, we don't need to worry about translations since our birth certs, etc are already in english. where are you getting married? just make sure you have your marriage certificate, copy of your wedding invitation and some photos to submit. and proof of the visits, communication, tickets..
