Would you have any more proof than you currently have, which would lead to a different outcome?

We're going to ask our neighbours to write letters also joint bank account time adds up each month. More importantly i can stay with my wife for awhile to support her after she gives birth.

Why can't you get the letters from neighbours in time for the additional documents request?

You're also aware, in sure, that CBSA will know where you are now and based on two or three failed attempts to stay in Canada, they may begin deportation procedures? You don't get any implied status from a PR app.

We just asked them today to do it actually. They said okay thankfully. Yes I'm aware of that but even there's a small chance help me to stay with her I wanna take it. I also haven't applied for prra. I don't know if it's good idea or not to apply again.

The more applications you make, the more obvious it is that your goal is to stay in Canada no matter what happens, and the more scrutiny your relationship will come under.

what is this exactly mean? Prior to the application being submitted?

You submitted December 5 2018, correct? They want proof you cohabitated from December 4 2017 to December 5 2018.

Or whatever day you signed the application.

Yes we sent in December 5th 2018. It also says april 2017 onwards. Is that mean from April 2017 to current date?

it says on request letter i copied and pasting here exactly sentence

Maybe it is because you wrote on application that you started to live together on April 2017? That is why one year starts there...

Hi all,
I have recently won my appeal but now I have another issue that I can not get a police clearance certificate from a EU country that I have stayed previously without visa and was deported too and I have explained and truthfully admitted to everything that I have done in past but now after winning my appeal now Canada immigration wants the ppc from that country but I am unable to provide because that country does not issue it to people who got deported.
I need suggestions from seniors on this matter please let me know if anyone has a solution.
Please haters or negative comments stay away, just honest and serious comments only.

Congratulations to winning your appeal! How come you are not able to get police clearance certificates? Maybe, there is some private companies in that country you were deported from that can help you?!
