Is someone also have the same situtation like me i contacted to my MP regarding my case. So he called to cic and they said that so him there has been some movement on my spousal sponsorship file. There were a lot of notes from the end of October about the eligibility, but as of yet it is still in progress. Additionally they have received my policecertificates on November 2 2017.

But i sent it to london office on july.
I am worried about notes what is it???

You can order GCMS/ATIP Notes for more details on what these officer notes are. There is a $5.00 fee and they usually arrive in 30 days.

The medical exam was completed by PA on Dec 13th.

Is the BGC done by Pakistani authorities? Does anybody know about this? CIC said they are not doing the BGC so its not in their control...so who does it?

I think LVO does this via Nadra and other such departments.

now i get it, why it is taking 6 months in background check, it is in hands of our departments, looks like we need to find someone in those departments to make it fast

Third party agencies. Not sure of their origin.
