i applied in dec 2013. we did medical and all that just waiting for passport request but i dont know how long it would be.?

Hello everyone,

I got a e-mail today from London visa office
I note that your sponsor has been educated to a higher level than you. I am aware that it is unusual in Pakistan for a man to marry a woman who is educated to a higher level than he is. Please explain why the match was arranged between you and your sponsor, given your apparent difference in educational level.
Also they required proof, I'm (sponsor) present in Canada.

I want to ask you guys, How many more months require to complete this process?

they are out of their senses these days
i also got a weird email on 19 dec as they mix my father who lives in dubai with my husband and ask for proof of residency of sponsor in canada which i sent yesterday by email. The content of email was like this.....
“We note that when you applied for a Canadian temporary resident visa in May 2014, that you indicated that your sponsor was residing in the UAE, working as a truck driver. If your sponsor is still residing outside of Canada, please provide proof of his intent to return to Canada, such as proof of job search or family support in Canada. If your sponsor is now residing in Canada, we need to see proof of this, such proof must include debit or credit card statements reflecting a regular spending pattern in Canada.”

Mar 2013 files processing was started in Sep/Oct 2013. These emails are the follow up of those.

How can you say that?
I know the list of people who got correspondence in that time period, and one got emails of what files of months CIC was working on. I do not state/claim anything here without solid grounds and evidences.

Oh yes you are right Marchlove but your file got transferred to LVO in May 2014 and look at Angel28's timeline Thats all I was meaning to say. There is this other person too in some other topic related to Pak spousal sponsorship, I think it was Rosedar (2014 applicant), even they got correspondence from LVO.

Anyways, they are working on 2014 apps! It is evident from so many people getting correspondence from LVO....

They are working parallel on 2013/14 cases on priority basis wheres earlier cases are being treated as inventory.

We received application for permanent residence on March 19, 2013.

We started processing application on October 6, 2014.

Medical results have been received.

A decision has been made on application on 11th Nov 2014. The office will contact concerning this decision.


not received PPR1 yet , is this normal ? or any suggestion and idea ?
