For Sputum test;
Stay well hydrated
And get steam 3,4 times a day
To produce a good sample easily. Drink room temperature water. Do not drink cold water.
Dont brush ur teeth in the morning before goin for the test. Stay calm.
They say u can drink water while u r fasting for the test. But every body has different mechanism. When i drank water after waking up in the morning. I faced difficulty in coughing up phlegm.
So i tracked my application, and it showed today that it was delivered to the reception of LVO, should i expect an AOR in a couple of months or thats it, they wont send any AOR?
So I inquired my MP from Calgary about a month ago. When I called to inquire again about my husbands application since medical has expired now, she said you would have to inquire after 3 months, which makes absolutely NO sense to me! MP’s are there to help and find out information about your case but this is just weird and ridiculous. Did anyone else experience this?
This happened to me. I inquired with them in late January and now they are telling me end of April. I dont think I would bother them again based on what everyone's telling me with ordering gcms. Because they can't do much even if they claim they can, especially now cause covid has caused delays they will blame everything on that

For the most part, they can't do much more than inquire. Sometimes that inquiry might help 'shake something loose' but don't expect miracles. If it's just a file that's normally delayed, it probably won't do much (but at least it is one way to get some info).
I repeat why I suggest gcms notes: if there's some clear sign of some out-of-ordinary delay or problem that might be a clear error, a) the PA/sponsor might be able to do something about it themselves, or b) the MP might recognise it's a real issue and (if they have contacts and a bit of luck) be able to get someone to at least look at it again.
It's still good to contact MP once first because it establishes some track record. For the first time applicants contact them, they're mostly going to assume - just do to sheer volume of requests - that it's a routine request. Subsequent contact - particularly if some clear evidence of extraordinarily long processing or a problem - they might put in a bit more effort.
Obviously right now the old 'files over 12 months' are complex is no longer true and figuring out which are truly delayed is harder.
Also some MPs and/or their staff are just better, try harder, have better contacts, etc.
