I am JAN 2020 applicant. File was transferred to LVO in March 2020.

Seems they have stopped processing of spousal applications. No one has received PA, DM or PPR since March.

Unfortunately i don't think that means its aor2 from lvo, because my ecas also added that golden line after it passed the 1 year mark, I'm not 100% sure but i think it's just the website automatically has a count down, basically saying with here we go with more waiting.
1. we have started processing your file on 21 July 2019.
2. we have started processing your file on 21 July 2020.

I also did not get any email from LVO, but same added a line in ecas stating that we have started processing your application from july 23, 2020. I am worried not for not getting email from LVO.

Its normal. Its aor2. The first one is from Sydney the second one is from London visa office. They are processing applications and will send out PPRs once Canadian travel is open which is inshallah in September. All this information is from IRCC and own research! AOR2 Most people are getting and there files are getting processed so when travel open they get there passport stamped and ready to go

no, a couple of my immediate friends got email as well. but I did not get any email. that's why I am asking if everybody gets or I am only one did not get email.
