Do submit it via webform as that ensure details go straight to your file/case officer.
include a generic letter in your own words giving details of your visit and list down documents you're submitting with it.

AOR2 on Nov 6. After that its a silence. I have visited my wife recently in December. When I came back in January I have sent CIC marriage anniversary pics, outing with her and family pics, her workplace visit pics, receipts of gifts, hotel and shopping, pics of tour to different places, financial support of the whole year, call and chat history of the whole year.

I have emailed them all the documents. They confirmed that they have been able to successfully upload the file. Do I still need to send the document again through webform.

Voluntary documents sent on Jan 17 of my second visit along with 60 pics.. Financial support documents. New Call and chat history of the rest of the year.

I stayed almost a month coz of the limited no of holidays in the government.. I tried to capture different moments so that they can understand the case is genuine. Its a simple torture when you are treated like this when the case is true

Correct, they will take it all into account. All you gotta do is wait, you still have sometime till it completes 12 months.

Which month applicant are you? If you have received confirmation dont worry. I submitted voluntary docs two times but only received a generic confirmation email. They didnt mention that they have uploaded any file. You are in a better boat then me lol. Although, they do mention in the email that sometimes they will update without sending confirmation email. I was thinking of sending web form with the same info but i do not want to keep on piling on work and they may just get pissed off and delay the file
