I went to lawyer today to ask that what proofs my husband can provide to prove our relation from 2009 to 2016 bcz i don't have anything from that time and we got married in 2016 but we know each other from 2009 and then there was a gap for 2 yeaars and then i contact my husband in 2012. Lawyer said that at the time of intwrview just go by yourself and u and ur husband say the same thing. What you guys think is he right or do i need to take affidavits from mt parents and friends that they knowabout our relation?

But average processing time is 10-12 months these days.

I submitted my passport 2 days ago, still havent got any email from the islamabad embassy that whether they recieved my passport or not. Is this normal?

I had a question about my case. Hope you can guys can help me out.

So I sponsorsored my husband in 2015 through a lawyer. It went on for two year and then was rejected because they claimed it as proxy. I even had a meeting with an ADR officer; in which they refused me. But I was told to refile my case and thought it would be faster this time.

So on April 28, 2018 we refilled my case. We got the medical done but I’m not sure if it’s been accepted. It just says medical received on my status application. And now it has been sent to LVO.

Anyone have thoughts on this or any idea how long it will take?

You can track your application online.
They messaged me after 2 days.
Go to vfs site and check your status.

Just a question - in my status update it says medical received......does that mean that its done? or will another update come that says "medical passed or something" ?

If there written medical received then your medical is passed CONGRATULATIONS
No needs to worry about it
You are done with medical

If you are checking you status on ecas, it will remain the same but if you have gckey account there you can find that your medical is passed
