Late August applicant, inquired through webform about update as nothing is moving and was told 2 days back by NXR that "application awaits a full review in London"

This is becoming dark comedy now.

Hang in there. You’ll be done soon InshaAllah.
Meanwhile why dont you send them updates communication proof. Maybe that will help your case

any one from Dubai/UAE knows how long their background check took? If the Principal Applicant is only lived in UAE. Just to get an idea :p
