Yes he did, the email is in regards to sending the passport within 30 days to get it stamped.

Can some one please tell if they have uploaded pictures before? Did u upload a jpg file or export it to pdf and send.

Hey, if your spouse is the sponsor, then no, you dont. My husband (PR) only put his own information. My husband dropped off the passport in Lahore yesterday, no appointment required.

u must have inquired about the status of your application? LVO doesnt have courtesy to send a monthly update on their own.
July 18th, 2017 applicant no word from LVO.

I have never used one in my application. search it on this thread I think Kinza bee sent then in her application.
