Hi, i got a request to send rukhsati pictures, but rukhsati is set for end of december, after the deadline to submit the pictures. I am going to send the explanation and proof of preparation, I was just wondering what happens in these cases when rukhsati pictures are requested and rukhsati planning prof and explanation is sent instead?
Can any preiovuls applicants that went through the same provide details? Did they request you again to send the pictuers once the rukhsati is done, did they send for interview, did they accept rukhsati planning explanation?

We applied for our second set about 1 month ago, but got an email today that the consent form needs to be signed with a pen, or if submitting electronically they need "audit log confirming the origin of the applicant’s signature". If we submit another, signed with pen, consent form, will it still be 31 days of processing or will they expedite the request?

I had to re-send the consent form too, and I'm trying to figure out if they'll send it within the 30 days since then...if they do, then I should be getting my notes within the next 5 days, inShaAllah. The wait is driving me crazy, especially since I've gotten zero updates since April

Firstly, what date did u get the document request? Is a request letter or a procedural fairness letter (PFL)?
Yes you should send as much proof as you can. There are three possibilities, either they will be satisfied and pass eligibility and move to the next step, or hold the file until the scheduled rukhsati is complete and ask you for proof, or put you in Interview queue.
I don't remember previous cases as such, but look at 2016 spreadsheet for Nikkah only cases and see if u can make a trend.

I got another line in ECAS today mentioning the most recent correspondence. I've noticed my online updates nearly always happen around noon in London time. I wonder if the system implements all the updates automatically or if someone just likes to check my file before eating their burger.
I wonder how long my BGC will take and if it being in process means they are satisfied with the additional doc reply.There are general trends but of course you can't be sure if you'll be part of them or end up having an odd case.
I've got a hunch, however, that I'll get DM next week inshaAllah.
Ditto. Same situation here. The line relating to CICs most recent communication was added to my Ecas a week back. BGC started 3 weeks back.

Our notes were generated on Oct 13, and on Oct 13 our file location changed from Put away to Case Analyst. Not sure what that means. But my guess is someone picked it up the same day our notes were generated. So eligibility as of right now should be underway?
I got our notes 28 days after re-submission of consent form. Wait a couple of weeks max and then send them an email requesting status update on your request.

Case Analyst is like a group name. So your eligibility review might be underway now. What is the eligibility last updated date and due date?
