Eligibility checks are not Security and criminality checks. You probably meant BGC.

That's what the MP office said when they called me. He said "Your eligibility is in progress, so security and criminality checks." I guess he mixed it up...myCIC is showing eligibility and BGC both in progress anyway so I guess they're both still ongoing.

Finally I got the interview date which is 2017/09/12, and it says to bring updated police certificate, medical exam, marriage photos, honeymoon photos, and proof of contact and sponsor recent visit.

Questions:
(how do I confirm this, there was no email instruction)

Failing to follow the instructions may result in delays in the processing or the cancelling of your scheduled interview.

(What date is it:2017/09/12)
September 12? or December 09?

(is not normal to bring all this to interview)

At the interview, please provide us with a phone number for your sponsor. Not all sponsors will be contacted as it may not be necessary. If your sponsor is in Pakistan, he/she should accompany you to the interview.

Means if in case they require any additional docs, they will contact you. They might not require anything.

I just noticed that you are Dec, 2016 applicant. I think NXR didn't give you an update but there might be some updates on file. Did you order notes yet??

For the first 10 months, I got the same reply. I never received any updates from LVO whatsoever. Hum nay GCMS notes order kiye 3 times aur un main updates theen. Involve your local MP at this stage as 8 months have passed.

Did u also ask for ur spouse to be available for a possible phone call in Canada?

And did they ask for remed, police and fee?

And wedding pics?

I ordered Nots back in may, at that time nothing was started on app too... Will order sometime this month...

I have exactly the same things written on the GCMS notes I ordered in May. My file was held for back office and got transferred in March 2017( I applied on November 7 2016).Last month I send them an email regarding status and they replied that file awaits initial review. I guess they are extremely busy that's why nothing has started in 9 months .
