So I finally received my AOR today! I was able to link my application 2 days before receiving my AOR. However, I do have some questions that I am confused about.

1) I am the sponsor and made an account on mycic using my personal information and I linked the application, using my spouse's information. Is that how it works or I should make another account on mycic using my husbands information and then link the application? Any account is ok. After creating account, you have to give principal applicants information to link the application

2) Do we need two accounts on mycic, one for me and one for my husband and we both link the application separately?
One account is ok. Just need to know that after you link your application, LVO will send future correspondences to mycic account and not your email address. So whichever person creates an account (sponsor/applicant) must remember to check their mycic account.

3) I am able to see the application status for both me and my spouse on ecas, however my application was received on April 6 but it say we received your application on May 3 then the next line says we started processing your application on May 3. Is that normal?
Dont know about this.

4) I sent the PCC and medicals upfront. under ecas it says "medical results have been received". There is no mention of the police certificates, do I need to send them again?
Police certificates information is not mentioned on ECAS.

There is wrong concept that you need PCC for every country, there are exceptions: The correct information is that for Saudi Arabia:
If you are not citizen of Saudi Arabia and not residing currently, then you should provide the following statement :If you do not have current legal residence status in Saudi Arabia, you are not required to provide a Saudi Arabian police certificate. If you are asked for a police certificate from Saudi Arabia, write: “I cannot provide a police certificate for the time I spent in Saudi Arabia because certificates are only available to people who have current legal residence status.”

If its asking for sponsor UCI then please contact IRCC and get sponsor UCI and fill it.
if its Prinicipal applicant uci then leave it blank and see whether the form proceeds. Unless u apply the PA doesnot have a UCI.

iam filling out forms for the first time and the forms is asking client id , UCI , when i write N/A , it doesnt accept that . should i leave it blank ?

I didnt provide PCC from Saudi, application submitted 2nd august 2016 to LVO.
I think CIC website is the most authentic one and it is mentioned clearly.

I got a request from LVO saying that we sent you the instructions and form to get Saudi PCC, I hope it is a generic request and I should upload same wording as you quorted and is on the IRCC website
What is your status, did you get any recent progress on your application

You received the request only because you were in Saudi Arabia when you submit your application to LVO. They rightly sent you the request, as it was appropriate, based on your status at that time. Since you have moved out of Saudi Arabia after submission of application, so you should write down the exact copy paste answer provided on the CIC website.
I was not in Saudi Arabia at the time of submission of my application, so they knew that I cant provide my Saudi police certificate. My status is in processing, didnt receive any update.

Did u ask them to provide u witha tracking number for the parcel they resent?
I think they shud share SOME way of tracking that application they resent to u..

if they donot share it, i think u shud contact ur MP and have him speak to IRCC. this is pathetic! the docs have personal data which is highly confidential! How can they just return and the parcel can get lost mid way.??
