Hi,
Did you get your interview date yet?
Re: SPOUSAL Sponsorship PAKISTAN @ London Visa Office
Please dont panic. The information is same as previous. Our processing visa office is UK, so we will be focusing on UK timelines. Most applications before December 2016 will be processed by December 2017. They are aiming for 12 months for most applications. It is all about most and 12 months. The trend in the excel sheet is also same that most are processed within 12 months. Sometimes people are lucky so get decisions in 6 month and sometimes not so lucky and take 12 to 13 months, but very few take more than 12-13 months. These timelines have been since last 1.5 years. For peace of mind just focus on 12 months mark that is for most, not focus on examples of 6-8 months, if you get that then over the moon if not then dont be desperate.

Hi guys, I read a previous post from someone saying that after decision made the PPR is being sent to lawyer (if u have) n I do have., is it true, it has been 17 days since decision made, n I haven't received yet PPR, is it the lawyer who received my update n forgot to update me? Currently I have no access to lawyer.
Yeah..
This is the case mostly unless you are directly communicating with your Visa officer. I was communicating to my VO and he sent PPR directly to me. My consultant was not even aware till I got the Visa..

I still see 12 months even for those who applied before Dec 2016. I don't know why we are seeing different things.
I think it's because people are putting in 'pakistan' under the 'where are you applying from'. that's when it shows '21 months'. If they are sponsoring someone while living in canada then they should put applying from canada, because the question is being asked to the sponsor not the applicant; unless you are living in pakistan with your spouse then you should put pakistan. That's why people are getting 21 months instead 12 months.

Then you have two options:
1) Wait
2) As member "khan1001" did, you/your lawyer can contact LVO and enquire about DM and no PPR email. They replied to "khan1001" and told him that their application is approved and they will receive PPR in next 2 weeks.
