guys my sis n her husband r currently both in pk they r planing on going to umrah but they had interview in jan 2017 n still waiting for ppr n they want to go for 3 weeks for umrah, they have emailed n mp but still hasn't received a response they think in a month they will hear back may be. but if they travel outside Pakistan will it effect the applicant's application at this point?

I don't think soo it will have any impact on ur application. You will get at least 30 days to submit your passport so I think they should go for umrah. I have many stamp on my passport as I visit Pakistan from Australia

I believe the same when you are there in interview, even if they don't call you in , if they have doubt they can right away call you in and discuss the case there so he is right when he says case becomes strong when both sponsor and applicant are at the interview.

I plan on being there regardless of if I get called to appear in person or not. But just wanted to know if it's worth making the trip if I am not invited.

a few weeks to few months. When did your BGC go in process and the date you got your re-med done.

I don't know but I sent the passport size photographs which we normally send it for passports. Is it a possibility that those photos are 6 months older? How can they actually check that?

I think its bigger then passport size. Its size already mention in cic guide. Plz print the page and shows to photographer. He will make it.

See you sent the wrong size photos. These photos are bigger than passport size photos. You need to tell the size to your photographer. Don't say you want passport photos show him the photos guide and he will give you photos in that size.

Received my second set of notes. There is no change in eligibility status. The only change is that under Elligiblity section there is an update by one visa officer in Feburary Mid and sent to another visa officer with first week of march deadline. No idea what the update is. Every thing is same to previous notes.
The second change is that in mid of the GCMS notes after FEES and before HISTORY. Group 0 is changed to Group 1 with name "London_completeness", primary=NO, Type=Batch notes, status=In progress. No idea what is this?

Any one any idea.
It seems eligibility is checked by atleast 2 or more officers.

i think its a good sign that some officer worked on your file in the first week of march. after a month you may find out more info.
