Can u move back to canada now? and then write a letter to them that u have made the move already thus it can help in reducing CIC's doubts about ur move?

I am.7 months pregnant and i wanto move with my husband . Alone it will be too hard for me.i have some emails where i emailed banks in canada abt tranfwring my funds from here before my arrival although i havent atill transferee i do all the emails with me that i sent them taking all info i didnt take them with me.can i send them now ? Although they havent asked for it.
Even if i move now alone wt if they had made the decison already.can they reject us just based in the intent.

Hi,

I know one member personally. His application was refused as his wife (PR) left Canada for more than 3 months after applying for him. His application got refused at last stage when they asked for updated information "Where PR lived after filing the application". As per my discussion with him, Her wife got sponsor approval in June 2015 and left Canada in July 2015. She came back in November 2015 but they got refusal in Jan or Feb 2016. They applied again and Got visa in November 2016.
That's what he told me over phone. I think other senior members of this thread are also aware of his case. He was on this thread with "Imran364".

Noo..because in the spreadsheet it doesnt mention his re-medical, and his old medical expires on April 15 th. I am really confused that he has a month left on his medical and they sent a PPR without re med... just curious..

yes so he can even probably travel before April 15 hoping he gets his visa before 15th

No, it doesn't affect the application negatively.
There is absolutely nothing wrong in leaving Canada (as long as it doesn't affect residency obligations as a PR for the sponsor, and its temporary).

Where did u read that it affects negatively? Please share the govt source.

if u go back on this forum n even some members from other countries on other posts have gotten refusal since they were PR n stayed outside Canada for more than a month but then again i knw someone who stayed 6 months straight n didnt get refusal so thats why i sd if cic finds out so u r taking a chance

I have a question . I sponsored my wife ( she is pakistan ) in Aug 2016 . I recently moved to another place ( within canada) and i want to change my address.
I did it online on the main page/portal where there is an option available ( change address) but it never got updated . Its been few months . Can any one please tell me which other options are available as there is a web form option but i am confused because on the website , they are saying you need to notify respective visa office ( which is London ) ? Its kind a confusing that whether i should choose web form and with other options like applied with in canada or outside canada ? . Please guide me .

I had a interview in islamabad i was calling because the vo was thought pur marriage was not genuine and the intent to return to canada was not clear
The interview went well and the vo told me at the inteeview that the good news for me is that she is a 100% satisfied with our relation and but the intention to return she is still not a 100% satisfied. I tried to explain alot to her why we wanto return and how will we settle in which area we will live and my brother just moved back to canada also.who.will help.us.
But she said we dont have a concrete plan for our return to which i said my plans depend on my familys visas.how can make a practical plan from here unless i know my family is being the visa or.no.
She said she will reply without a month to 3 months and they have background chks to make as well.
I am really stressed.
What do the experiencee members think ?
I told her ive lookee upoun our cost of livimg there the area we will live in and why and the rents for 2 bedroom apartments although i still havent looked for my sona schools . Our main reason to go is security she said ur husband is making millions here why do u wanto relocate we told her because we can afford a better life in a better country the life here is too stressfull anr insecure and my husbanr has been in his business for he past 10 years he is experienced enough to settle there.
