Just called designated clinic Karachi for medical exam for my wife and they gave an appointment next week but now are charging 9220 / PR last year it was 5600. This is high has anyone else done medical recently ?

ummmm.. My wife did her medicals last year in August and the fee was 9220 then as well.

Are you doing a re-med? What month applicant are you and when did your wife get the previous medicals done?

I am an October applicant and I was considering to order the GCMS notes. Any idea when should I order them? Now or later?

No this is 1st medical request from CIC
I applied on 14 Feb 2017 and have received AOR and medical request just now.

Current Relationship

If you (the principal applicant) are married to your sponsor, provide your marriage certificate/registration. A record of solemnization or marriage license is not acceptable. ( dis is nikkah namah / marriage certificate ???)


If you (the principal applicant) have been issued a civil union certificate/document, please provide a copy ( what is dis ? does it apply?)

My guess is the following will ONLY apply and they need your nikkah namah. Just to be safe, I would suggest sending them computerized Marriage certificate and english translation of nikkah nama along with the Urdu nikkah nama.

I wish they work on all files faster. An august applicant received CSQ request today and its giving me hope that they have started working again though my file is held for London Pilot Project :-X

Did they acknowledge the receipt of the CSQ docs u sent two months back? Did u upload them on MYcic and were they received?Does the email state that u were asked to send over CSQ before and they have yet not received it?

If all of that was done before already, then i dunoo why they are asking u again for it..how about u try calling CIC and asking them about this today and then sending them the stuff along with a polite email that u had already sent the docs 2 months ago.

It is gud news to hear back from CIC nonetheless since it shows they are working on ur file. U r the first Aug applicant on our list to have heard back from them

I am August applicant. I just recieved an email and they are asking the CSQ documents again. My CSQ was recieved more than 2 months ago. Does this mean they have somehow lost my CSQ docs and asking them again?

I would recommend ordering notes now and you'll get them in a month time which will give you a better picture of whats happening with the file at 6 months mark
