Cant be sure. Its upto your VO. but its a good sign I see that you are a June applicant. When did the background check status change?

Also please do let the forum know when you hear from LVO/ see any update. thanks.

Sure, I will inform all of you as the process moves along.

On Jan 28, we received a medical request. My wife is going for the medical today.

Eligibility is still "review in progress"
Medical results "review in progress"
Interview: "not needed at this time"
Background check is needed: "In progress", went in progress today/yesterday

Not sure how they moved towards background check without yet receiving the new medical test.

Also, and MOST IMPORTANTLY, My wife is getting the medical done today. Will she need to send any paper or form digitally to LVO? Or will it all be done automatically? The medical is being completed in Islamabad.I am worried because we completed the medical after 27 days of the 30 days they give us. So just want them to get the results ASAP.

Please let us know.

yes coincident,

since 8 month pass did not get any news from LVO, MYCIC nothing is change even BG also not started i am really worried. No documents request nothing mid of the month i send them voluntary proof recent visit of my wife..

I dont know is that good sign or bad 8 month passed and no update

I have a question need some clarification :


"Educational documents for your family members such as transcripts indicating a list of courses taken, scores achieved as well as certificates obtained."

"Educational certificates and transcripts must be issued by a post-secondary institution that is accredited by the relevant government authority".

I am sponsoring my wife from pakistan without any children.
Does educational documents required for spouse visa ? if yes ,does it mean matric , fsc, bsc transcripts and degrees attested by notary public ?
