You don't need IMM5409 its for unmarried people living as common law partners. You need IMM3907 instead of IMM3908. IMM3907 is for Pakistan and few other Asian Countries. IMM3908 is for latin america.
You don't need to submit your wife job letter.
You have to submit all her educational documents starting from Metric. Copies of educational documents should be attested from notary Public.
Submit Urdu Nikah Namma and translation of Urdu Nikah Namma from a certified translator. No need to submit Nadra Marriage Certificate.
If the NIC is in Urdu get it translated as well now most of ID cards are in english but address on backside is in Urdu so get it translated as well.
Birth certificate is a requirement and you should submit it.
2 Photos but not passport size, you can find the size of photos in IMM3907.
Send all the other communication proofs, photos and tickets.
You have to submit medical receipt with your file.
Attestation from Notary Public is fine no need to get them attested from MOFA.
Thanks alot brother,
Really appreciate for all the information. I mistakenly wrote IMM3908 instead of IMM3907.
Thanks again for the help.

i'm trying to get tickets for toronto -> lahore and i'm wondering whether there's any other cheap options besides PIA. basically i'm going over to pak to bring my wife back with me as i don't want her to travel alone... so it'll be a return ticket for me, but one way for her.
any suggestions? PIA is around $700 for economy and $1600 for business.
Cheapoair.ca and hipmunk.com give good options. Currently from Toronto Turkish and Etihad are your best and cheapest options. Qatar goes via Montreal and Emirates is quite expensive to Toronto unless you pack in a US stop.

Are you sure you will be able to get a ticket for your wife in the same flight, since you have a return ticket?. In Karachi, I never got a reasonable price for a ticket within 2-3 weeks time , it was always like after 5-7 weeks. I will have very limited time to go and bring my wife and son, and definitely I want them with me in the same flight. If I buy one way ticket for me, and buy tickets for all of three after reaching Pak, I wont be able to get tickets within two weeks. If I buy return ticket for me and try to buy tickets for my family, wont be able to get ticket for them in the same flight. Any suggestions guys??? By the way I am waiting for DM.

Where did you find the ticket for this price? On the PIA website or a 3rd party website like cheapflights? I usually fly to Islamabad so if the price if comparable to $700, I might even go!

Salam everyone!
I moved to Canada in 2001 with my family. My dad had applied in the skilled labor class. I was 14 at the time. Now I m sponsoring my wife and there is a question in the paper asking whether I was sponsored to come to canada. Would I be considered to be sponsored since I came with my dad?

wait, damn... i've been looking at it all wrong. i was only looking at the cost of the departure flight. the total is actually $700 for departure and $700 for return, so $1400 in total. :-\
cheapest flights all seem to be between $1300 and $1400, so yeah, turkish/etihad/saudi/pia, all end up being the same. guess i'll go with saudi for old times sake.

How did u send the documents? Usually they don't reply for the submission of documents. If you have sent those through registered courier then the u can verify only with the help of tracking number.
Thanks, another question though!!! I recently went back to see my wife and I want to send my boarding passes and pictures where do I send them?

$1300-1400 is the standard PIA rate for YYZ return... Hard to find a cheaper rate for December.. I paid like $1030 for PIA return last Feb.

Toronto residents are lucky when it comes to visiting Pak, affordable price , direct flight no hassle of transiting from different countries with long wait at airports, plus all the stressful security stuff.
Last month my Air china flight delayed from YVR to Beijing while going to Karachi. Whole night at the airport. paid $100 more to my cell phone company for international data usage plus etc etc.

I sent images of my boarding passes and a few pics of my visit at "
[email protected]" <
[email protected]> back in April. Some members sent by web form and CSE. I recommend sending by multiple ways. I also had sent a hard copy of my ongoing relationship proof by Canada post.

I need advise about sending ongoing relationship proof to LVO. Below is my status:
1.We received your application for permanent residence on September 10, 2015.
2.We started processing your application on November 20, 2015.
3.Medical results have been received.
4.We sent you correspondence on September 27, 2016. If you have not yet provided the information or the requested documents, please do so as soon as possible. Please wait until you receive the correspondence before sending us additional information, as the correspondence will outline all information that is required.
I have been asked to provide Police certificate on Sep. 27, 2016 which I already provided. I visited my family in Nov.2015 and sent the visit proofs to LVO In April 2016. I again visited last month and wondering, should I send the proof of recent visit proof voluntarily or wait till I get some correspondence from LVO? I am confused since the fourth point above says not to send additional information. Please advise. Many thanks.
