I submitted the RPRF receipt yesterday through MyCIC and replied to the email I received from LVO from RIH. I also inquired about how the original documents would be returned and to whom. Got a reply this morning from RIH saying documents would be sent to the Pakistan mailing address.

My medical also expiring on 11th nov. Would they ask for remedical yet bcuz they had already asked for add doc twice??

I am guessing they gonna probably ask u for a remed becz its very short time till 11 nov and usually they give like atleast 20-30 days from ppr to packup if there's no remed..
But anyways cic is unpredictable and prayer can do wonders!

Yes.. They ask u before sending ppr that if u can land before specific date.. That date is usually some days after medical expiry date..

yes! my heart skipped a beat when i saw the notification. I honestly thought it was going to be another doc request.

total time to process was 10.5 months.

thank you everyone . i honestly wasn't expecting a response until the end of october, or mid november at the latest. london VO really has picked up the pace.

landing_pr, my wife is finishing up her IELTs so we might still end up on the same flight . i remember that my background checks didn't begin until 30 days after the doc request, so insha allah your background checks should begin in around 10-12 days. once that happens, you'll know you're at the very last stage. you're almost there!

Please update, myCIC status changed: I got a re-medical request today (18th OCT) and background check also changed to 'In Process'.
ALHAMDULILLAH!

Is there anything I need to know about re-medical?

What does this mean: Four recent photographs (photos are not required if the panel physician is listed as “eMedical
enabled” on the CIC website listed above)

My husband will be going to Lahore IOM since it's closer to Faislabad, InshaAllah

i received an email from LVO just now requesting 2 photos of my husband. mycic account has now a slot 4 uploading digital passport size photoz. Do I need to send the printed ones to London as well or digital are fine?

RIH is the officer's initials i assume. Cause at the bottom of emails it says Sincerely RIH

Hi, If you say you cannot land before the date provided then, what are the consequences?

Your file will remain open in front of them and they can investigate more IN DETAIL and hence LONGER TIME..
And they will send u re med request..

Inshallah...waiting and hoping for some good news this month inshallah. I talked to my MP yesterday and she told me to reach out to her in couple of months since CIC is going to take few months to make decision on eligibility then background checks takes additional months for them to reach a final decision ???

Anyways, we can all wait and see what transpires but hoping for the best as always

I'll let you know when/if we book our flights, so that you and I can hope to be flight-mates
